Beginning signs of a cold sore in my left nostril. Just noticing a white coating on my tongue, although it may have been there before. Can’t seem to remove it much w/ brushing… Still feeling sluggish and tired, and chilly… have to drink more water - Probably 64oz opposed to 32oz i’ve been drinking per day.
