For the most part… I’ve been snacking (ok, gorging) on trail mix and this super-delicious vegetable soup (pictured below) that i made night before last. Also been taking my barley/wheat grass and drinking my ‘blood orange’ cocktail (yummy!) every morning. I mix one fresh squeezed orange w/ some Florida Natural orange juice, which is pretty good, just the right amount of consistency and sweetness. Some OJ’s are too thick and sweet (usually from concentrate) and hurt the tummy.
Haven’t really had a taste for any heavy foods, like meat and dairy. The soup is really filling and the OJ and fruit/nut mix takes away any craving for something sweet.

Well, decidedly today is the last day of my cleanse. I’m so proud of myself
Just getting a (late) start on the lemonade, had an appointment this morning and didn’t want to run back & forth to the restroom, had i taken some with…
I think 10 days is just enough to clean out the system properly because today is the only day that i have no desire for food. Go figure.

Woke up at 7am but didn’t take anything in until 1pm, which was my saltwater flush. My stomach has been cramping up a bit after drinking my laxative tea last night, had to drink lots of water just to get to sleep… I think the cramps get worse when there’s nothing for the herbs to work with, they just grab hold to the sides of my intestines and cause all kinds of havoc. owwwwww!
Nothing much to report… weight’s come down some, i can tell the difference more in my face than on the rest of my body… belly’s not poking out as much. Other than that, don’t really feel all that much different, but definitely don’t feel like crap anymore (yeah, there’s a pun in there somewhere)… just need to get up and get movin, stop sleeping so much…
